Only lasted 7 months but customer service great
Amendment to this review: company responded to this review and offered refund. In the meantime I had found customer service and were being helpful. My mother’s and mother in laws frames continue to work.
Got for Christmas and already not working. Came down one morning and screen was white. Reset but no change. Can’t find any place on their website to get customer service or return it since it’s still within warranty.

Best gift for parents
I got this for my mom for Mother’s Day and it was the best gift. While I did have to set it up for her, it was actually so easy to set up (I think if she would have tried to do it herself by reading the directions she probably could’ve done it haha). Me and all my siblings love this gift for her because not only can she upload all the photos she wants, but my siblings and I can all get the app and add photos too! The only issue I had was getting the photos to format right to fit the screen (but I believe this was user error and I probably could’ve made it easier on myself if I were to look for it in the directions manual). Overall a very good gift for older parents and younger people alike

I would highly recommend ordering this digital picture frame. I had an issue with mine, but the Arzopa Customer Service Team was great in responding to me quickly offering me a full refund, or a new one. I choose a new one. I enjoy the photos displayed. Great features touch screen, you can set a timer for the display to begin in the am as well as shutting down in the pm, or you can leave it on all the time. I love not having to dust all those frames just the one. The touch screen is very easy to use. Great display of photos. It is definitely a conversation piece when others see the photos displayed, brings back so many memories. You can add friends, and family to share by using the app on your phone so they can share precious moments with you. With the holidays coming up I highly recommend this picture frame as a great gift. Dealing with customer service was a pleasure working with they were very accommodating, and quick to respond. They told me I would receive it in 3~7 days I received a new one 3 days later. I will definitely recommend to friends, and family, as well as anyone on Amazon looking for a digital photo frame for themselves or for others. Great product, great customer service.

Brought extreme joy to my 87 year old mother in law
This frame was the perfect gift for my home bound 87 year old mother in law. She was shocked and amazed. She had 6 children and everyone is now sending her new pictures and video every day. We have a wedding for her grandchild in October and plan on sending her pictures

You WANT one of these!
I have been wanting one of these for years. Last Christmas I shopped Amazon for deals on them and became confused about what features were good for our daughter whose health prevents her from seeing her loved o es frequently. I visited my sister last week and loved hers! It was a Christmas gift from her children. Perfect size...like those sweet family loved ones were in the room practically! I went immediately... literally!... on Amazon and they were on special snd half what I expected to pay! My husband said to get one for us too. I pre-loaded my daughter's using my Wi-Fi, and my own too.I think I could have done it automatically, but, I didn't know how. But I did learn how to generate codes for my family. We are so crazy about these great framed photo shows. Buy one, or two! Youll be glad you did! ❤

 The Gift of her Memories
My 87 year old mother in law is in early stage dementia.
This product has given her back memories. We are able to type in names dates and locations to each picture. This is as therapeutic as it is comforting. Her memories are now floating in a frame at her recliner. This gift made her Christmas This year. Now she finds pictures to add to the frame through Frameo. I would recommend this photo frame for every elder that finds solace remembering their past. I want to add that the touch screen is another plus. We placed a memory chip as a back up for her memories also and taped the cord securely to that photo frame so that it does not unplug when she picks it up. If I were to add a possible improvement on this model it would be a power back up so that it could be moved and not dependent on constant electrical plug in.
