Beautiful Display and Easy to Use – Perfect for Sharing Memories!
The Aura Carver 10.1" WiFi Digital Picture Frame is an absolute joy! The picture quality is stunning—bright, crisp, and vibrant, making every photo look amazing. Needs WiFi to work
I recently purchased the Aura digital picture frame and overall, I’m quite pleased with it. One of its standout features is its compatibility with an app, which makes uploading and managing photos a breeze. The live pictures feature is a neat addition; it’s cool to see new photos appear in real-time, although I sometimes find them a bit distracting.

However, there are a couple of drawbacks. Occasionally, the frame displays a “loading” message when loading Live Photos. It also times shows a message to use the Touch Bar at the top. I think it just does this just at the beginning but it can be a bit frustrating. The Touch Bar at the top is functional—it works as intended, but it’s nothing particularly special.

One thing I wasn’t aware of before purchasing is that the frame needs to be connected to WiFi to work. I bought the picture frame for my office and, fortunately, I was able to connect it to my workplace’s WiFi network. This requirement could be a deal-breaker for some, especially if WiFi isn’t readily available.

Despite these minor issues, the Aura digital picture frame is a great addition to my workspace, and I appreciate the modern touch it brings with its live photo updates.

 Best Grandma Gift Ever - Now We Want One
We purchased this as a gift for my mom and she loves it. Its easy to setup, its easy for all of us to add photos to from wherever we are and the pictures look great. Its so fun to see all the photos cycle thru that we're thinking about getting one for our house too. A few notes in case your debating between several frames like we were:
- This is great size if its within 10 feet or so of the viewer, maybe closer if the person is a lot older.
- Its fine that this only sits horizontal. If a picture is vertical it will combine it with another vertical photo and show two at once.
- Even with the stand it fits easily on a small end table or night stand
- The ability to move to the next photo by swiping the top is AMAZING. My mom isn't tech savvy so not having to use the app more than she has to is great (and the grandkids like to swipe thru them too)
- Its fun that it plays videos as well and only does the sound if you tap it (which we rarely do, but still fun to see the videos happen)

Easy to use and great picture and video quality
I ordered this frame so that I could have something cheerful in my office. I had a digital frame many years ago, but this one is a whole different deal. You can have UNLIMITED photos and/or short videos (30 seconds or less), it actually shows the movement in "live" photos taken on my iPhone, and I can control how often it changes photos.

It also allows me to give the information to trusted people who may want to share photos with me. I mean, who doesn't want to see a photo of their friends' puppies???

It has an auto-off feature where it can turn itself off when the room gets dark and turn back on when it's light again, or you can turn it on by just tapping it.

It took about 5 minutes to set up, and it was super intuitive.

The display quality is top-notch, and I can add/delete any photos I want to at any time.

I would give this six stars if I could. Love it!

Perfect gift for elderly family member!
My mother recently had her 90th birthday but a party wasn't feasible. This Aura digital frame was the perfect gift! We asked family members and friends to record short birthday greeting videos which we pre-loaded onto the frame along with many old and new photos. Mom was delighted with the cheerful videos (up to 30 seconds long) from loved ones. The changing photos provide lots to talk about -- plus we can continue to add new ones. This frame was beautifully packaged and easy to set up and use. Mom doesn't own a smartphone but I can add or remove photos through the app on my phone. Highly recommend!

2nd review: (5 stars) I received my replacement frame today and it's perfect! Everything works as expected! I fully believe the first one I received was one that someone returned (that was already heavily used and broken). I'm pleased with the replacement.

1st review: (1 star) I'm not sure if I received a refurbished one or something else, but I had several issues. First, it was chipped on the side and had what appeared to be pencil marks on the back by the charging port. I tried to use the QR code to do it as a gift, but the code was already used. No big deal on that part. But then, I plugged the frame up and it never came on. I used 3 different electrical sockets (all which were working), left it plugged up in case it needed a charge or something, and tried sliding my finger over the button on top to see if it needed to be awoken. Nothing worked.
I was very, very disappointed, as my in law's received this gift earlier this year and it worked beautifully. Mine however was not up to expectations, obviously. I have already submitted a replacement and will be willing to change my review shall my next frame arrive brand new and in working order.

Great looking frame has worked real well
Gave this as a gift to my parents who are anything but tech savvy. I set it up for them, and even with pretty sketchy AT&T WIFI have had great success. The application to upload pictures is easy to use, and can be used by all of the kids to upload pics to the cloud. I was a little worried about it, and have had some down time when the WIFI was dropping, but overall it has worked like a champ and the photo display is wonderful. A heads up if you post 'live' photo's, that it will display them as live video, which may take more digital space and time to display. But the results, even with video, are wonderful, and have given my family a cool way to connect when they are not on social media.

 Customer service saved the day
My photo frame stopped working after a year, just outside the warranty period. After I did all the troubleshooting that I could find online, customer service (online only) sent me a new frame. Like a bonehead, I didn't see the directions (video) in their email for how to transfer the old photos from the Aura app into the new frame. Basically, I had accidentally deleted all of the 500+ photos. There may have been some tears. Anyhow, I contacted customer service again and they were able to fix the problem and the replacement frame is up and running with all the old photos again. Crisis averted!
